WW Community Connections, Inc. (WWCC) is a faith-based, not-for-profit [501(c)3] community development organization intended to meet the humanitarian needs of people in Macomb County, Michigan. WWCC's ultimate goal is to connect individuals and families with services they need. In an effort to meet this goal, WWCC has developed Hope Center in Macomb.
