Hope Center in Macomb, a program of WW Community Connections, Inc. (WWCC), is a Christian based non-profit. Our mission is to connect community resources to those in need and this is achieved through Hope Center's no-cost, client-choice food pantry. The purpose of Hope Center is not simply to be an effective and efficient food pantry; it is to transform lives. The services provided focus on achieving self-sufficiency for individuals and families by providing immediate intervention through food service for clients who are in crisis and long-term support services. Hope Center provides a continuum of care, via a full set of human service and intervention resources to individuals and families in crisis in one location. The food pantry is available to all residents of Macomb County.
